Jon Davis

Director

 

Jon has been putting events on since he was 18 years old. By 21 he was running live and club music events across London and the south. He has also worked for countless festivals and now in TV & Film scouting locations, working for the BBC.. Jon designed this event as something that would've helped himself with his own mental health barriers. From experience in the army, to planning worldwide logistics movements for Coldplay to helping run major UK festivals such as Secret Garden Party he has used his entire working career to plan for this event in what has been a 5 year dream in the making.

Emily Beardow

Production Manager

 

Emily has an extensive experience in large scale events, hospitality, theatre, festivals and catering. From Secret Cinema to Gingerline and Bearded Kitten to Winter Wonderland her remarkable organising skills will ensure Evolve is simply the best run wellbeing event in the country. 

Emily will not only be providing health & safety guidance throughout the weekend with a focus on keeping everyone safe from covid-19 but she will also been utilising her amazing cooking skills to cook for us. 

Yannick Jacob

Yannick is an Existential Coach (MA), Positive Psychologist (MA), Coach Trainer & Supervisor, Mediator (conflict resolution) and the former Programme Leader of the MSc Coaching Psychology at the University of East London (2015-2018). He has written, published and spoken on a variety of topics related to positive psychology, coaching, coach-therapy integration and existentialism at conferences around the world.

Dr Harriet Berry

Yoga & Movement Teacher

 

Harriet is an intuitive and driven scientist and yoga teacher. She is passionate about showing people how to think with their bodies through movement, as a way of clearing the mind. She is inspired by music and dance, which is reflected in her classes, and aims to help people to relax and feel comfortable in their own bodies by finding a good balance between strength and relaxation with a little side helping of fun. Harriet uses Pranayama (Breathing techniques) as a strong and powerful tool, that people can use in their everyday life, to improve health and circulation as well as decreasing stress. Harriet has been practising yoga for 10 years and has taught yoga and pranayama in India, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. 

Paul Burgess

Fitness Instructor

 

Paul has been working in the fitness industry for 11 years, as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. He began his fitness journey at 18, and after seeing the positive impact exercise had on his life decided to help others to achieve the same in their lives. Paul has achieved a lot of successes and athletic feats in his time due to his focused work ethic and hard work which he displays in every class he teaches. Paul fully embodies the mind, body and spirit mantra and we are thrilled to have such a dedicated member in our team.

Jody Schroeder

Meditation Teacher

 

Having spent long periods of time in silence and seclusion practicing meditation under the guidance of his teacher 'Burgs'. Jody has seen and experienced first hand many of the wonderful benefits that can arise from practicing meditation. He has been a student of Burgs (an accomplished ex-monk) for over 10 years and with the blessings of his teacher has begun helping people to mediate, meet themselves and connect with calm.
