At Evolve Wellbeing we want to help you overcome your personal mental hurdles and learn how to navigate around those obstacles that you face in your daily life.

We've custom designed a retreat that focuses on the mind and the body. We think that by fusing together mental health coaches and wellbeing you get a complete self help boot camp package.

Evolve Wellbeing Retreat focuses on mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, overcoming anxiety and building confidence. 

Lets begin by taking a look at the common purpose of wellbeing, what it means to be happy and identify the boundaries that currently hold you back, in order to set new goals and habits. Primarily focusing on the 4 pillars of wellbeing; Eating, Sleeping, Exercising and Meditating as well as other workshops and classes throughout the weekend.

We hope to set a new standard in wellbeing retreats and you will leave our beautiful location with an understanding of how to apply these into your life, change your old habits and replace them with new routines and ideas to take into your new lives.
